Last updated 5 October 2026. The rules for using Vedanya Elixirs — consultations, marketplace orders, payments and your account.
These Terms of Service govern the Vedanya Elixirs website and Vedanya Elixirs Health OS app, operated by Vedhanya Elixirs Private Limited, CIN U47912UP2026PTC242647, registered office at Chitra Gupta Colony, Chhawani Cantonment, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh 226023, India, GSTIN 09AALCV8330N1ZK.
By creating an account, booking a consultation or placing an order, you accept these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Returns & Refunds policy and Shipping & Delivery policy.
Our products, delivery, consultations and diagnostics are offered only in India. Mandatory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and other applicable law are not excluded by these terms.
You must be 18 or older and legally capable of contracting to hold an account or buy a service. A parent or lawful guardian may arrange care for a minor. Keep credentials confidential, notify us of suspected misuse and provide accurate health, prescription, billing and delivery information.
We may verify identity, contact information and prescription details where reasonably necessary. We may suspend access for fraud, unsafe use or a material breach, but will give notice and an opportunity to respond where practicable and lawful.
Consultations are provided by registered medical practitioners in line with the Telemedicine Practice Guidelines, 2020. The practitioner decides whether a case is suitable for teleconsultation and may ask you to attend in person.
You consent to teleconsultation after the doctor and patient are identified. The practitioner controls clinical judgement, maintains required records and may decline to prescribe. Diagnostic providers are responsible for performing and reporting booked tests to applicable professional standards.
AI screening, summaries, severity indicators and vitals predictions are clinical decision support only. They are not a diagnosis, do not replace an examination, and no prescription is issued by AI alone.
The platform is not for emergencies. In an emergency, call 112 or go to the nearest hospital.
Vedanya Elixirs is a marketplace facilitator and does not itself dispense medicines. Any medicine is sold and dispensed by the licensed third-party pharmacy identified on the listing and invoice, under the supervision of its registered pharmacist and against a valid prescription where required.
Each seller is the merchant of record and is responsible for lawful stock, licences, product authenticity, storage, labelling, batch and expiry information, country of origin, invoice, warranty and fulfilment. Seller legal name, address, contact details, GSTIN and pharmacy or other licence details must be displayed where applicable.
We may verify sellers and moderate listings, but a verification label is not a government endorsement. We may remove unsafe, misleading, recalled, expired, prohibited or non-compliant listings and cooperate with regulators.
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. We may correct obvious pricing errors before dispatch and will refund you in full if you do not accept the corrected price.
Before payment we show the item price, taxes, delivery, handling and other mandatory charges. The responsible seller issues the applicable GST invoice. Electronic payments are handled through payment providers subject to Reserve Bank of India requirements.
A subscription or recurring mandate, if offered, requires the applicable authentication and pre-debit notice. You can cancel the service and revoke the payment mandate before the next debit through the provided account or payment-provider controls. Cancellation is not made harder than enrolment.
Consultations and diagnostic bookings may be rescheduled or cancelled without charge up to 2 hours before the slot unless a different condition was clearly shown before booking. A later cancellation or no-show may be charged where actual capacity was reserved. If the doctor, lab or platform cancels, you receive a full refund or no-cost rescheduling.
We do not impose a cancellation charge on a consumer unless a comparable charge applies when the responsible provider cancels, as required by consumer law.
Do not misuse the platform: no impersonation, forged or reused prescriptions, unlawful resale, harmful content, automated scraping, malware, security interference, infringement or use that violates another person’s privacy.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms or applicable law.
Reviews must reflect genuine experience and must not contain unlawful, deceptive, promotional or private health information. We may moderate reviews under published standards but do not suppress a genuine review merely because it is negative.
Search order may consider relevance, availability, serviceability, price, rating and seller performance. Any paid placement or advertisement is identified. We do not use false urgency, pre-selected paid additions, hidden charges, confirm-shaming or obstructive cancellation flows.
You agree to receive transactional messages needed for orders and care. Promotional messages require the permission or other basis required by law and include an opt-out.
The Vedanya Elixirs name, logo, content, formulations and software are owned by Vedhanya Elixirs Private Limited and may not be copied or used without written permission.
We do not guarantee that every product, provider or service will be continuously available. Product warranties are provided by the responsible seller or manufacturer; clinical services are provided by the identified professional. Nothing on the marketplace is a promise of a particular health outcome.
To the extent permitted by law, we are responsible for loss directly caused by our breach and not for indirect loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, negligence causing death or personal injury, defective goods, deficient services, data-protection duties or any liability that Indian law does not permit us to exclude.

We acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month. You may also use the National Consumer Helpline at 1915 or consumerhelpline.gov.in and any consumer commission with jurisdiction.
These terms are governed by Indian law. Subject to non-waivable consumer rights and the jurisdiction available under consumer law, courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction. Before litigation, the parties should attempt good-faith resolution; this does not prevent urgent relief or a statutory complaint.
